At Redrose, all products are made-to-order and customized based on your requirements. Because of this, returns are handled carefully and only under specific conditions.
1. No Return on Customized Products
Since our products are personalized (including ID cards, printed materials, and custom items), we do not accept returns or refunds once the order is printed and delivered.
2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
• Product received is physically damaged
• Printing defect or manufacturing issue
• Incorrect item delivered (not matching approved design)
3. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos of the issue
• Provide order details for verification
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Design Approval Responsibility
Before printing, we share a design preview for approval.
Once the design is approved:
• We are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or content
• No replacement will be provided for approved mistakes
We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before approval.
5. Color & Print Variations
Minor variations in color or print may occur due to:
• Screen vs print differences
• Material and printing process
These are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.
6. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled only before design approval or printing begins
• Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible
7. Refund Policy
• Refunds are generally not applicable for customized products
• In rare approved cases (such as inability to fulfill an order), refunds will be processed accordingly
