Refund Policy

At Redrose, all products are customized based on your specific requirements. Because of this, refunds are handled under limited and clearly defined conditions.


1. No Refund on Customized Orders

Once an order is confirmed and approved for printing, it is considered final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Orders where design has been approved by the customer
• Minor variations in color or print finish


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Order cannot be fulfilled by Redrose
• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Order canceled before design work or printing has started

All such cases will be reviewed before approval.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Refunds are generally not issued
• A replacement will be provided instead, after verification

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


4. Cancellation & Refund Timing

• Orders can be canceled only before design approval or printing begins
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method


5. Design Approval Responsibility

Once you approve the design:

• Redrose is not responsible for spelling, content, or layout errors
• Refunds will not be issued for such issues

We recommend reviewing all details carefully before approval.
