Welcome to RedRoseShop.in. We provide customized gifts, printing products, mobile covers, mugs, PVC cards, photo frames, t-shirts, and other personalized products. Because most of our products are custom-made according to customer requirements, our return policy is different from regular products.

1. Customized / Personalized Products

Products made with your custom:

• Name
• Photo
• Logo
• Custom text
• Design
• Uploaded artwork

are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and printed.

This includes:

• Customized mugs
• Printed mobile covers
• PVC cards
• T-shirts
• Photo frames
• Keychains
• Stickers
• Acrylic products
• Any made-to-order printing item

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We provide free replacement only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Printing mistake from our side
• Broken item during delivery
• Incorrect customization compared to approved order details

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear unboxing video
• Product photos

Without proper proof, replacement requests may not be accepted.

3. No Return Accepted If

• Customer spelling mistakes
• Wrong photo uploaded by customer
• Color variation due to mobile/screen display
• Minor size differences
• Change of mind after production
• Delay caused by courier service or natural conditions

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before printing or production starts.
• Once production has started, cancellation is not possible for customized products.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund amount will be sent via original payment method or UPI/bank transfer

6. Shipping Damage

If the package is visibly damaged:

• Record an unboxing video before opening
• Share it immediately with our support team

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
