✅ Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- The product delivered has a manufacturing defect (e.g. wrong print, broken item, or wrong product).
- You received a damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).
- The item delivered is completely different from what was approved or ordered.

- Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment or credited to your Redrose wallet/account.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Customized products returned due to change of mind after printing.
- Color or size mismatches due to incorrect inputs from the customer.
- Delays caused by courier service or incorrect delivery details provided.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
