At Redrose, we value your trust and satisfaction. As a custom printing service provider, every product is made specifically for you. However, we understand that things can go wrong, and in such cases, we are happy to offer a fair refund process.


✅ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The product delivered has a manufacturing defect (e.g. wrong print, broken item, or wrong product).
  • You received a damaged item (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).
  • The item delivered is completely different from what was approved or ordered.

⏳ Refund Process

  1. Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment or credited to your Redrose wallet/account.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customized products returned due to change of mind after printing.
  • Color or size mismatches due to incorrect inputs from the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier service or incorrect delivery details provided.

🕒 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
