Redrose provides business-to-business (B2B) customization of products including but not limited to:

  • T-shirts
  • Photo frames
  • Visiting cards

All services are provided subject to availability and final approval of design files.

3. Order & Approval

  • All customization jobs require written or digital approval of final design before production begins.
  • Once approved, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Production starts only after full or partial payment, as per agreed terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping (if applicable).
  • Pricing may vary based on volume, material, and complexity of the design.
  • Invoices are to be paid within the specified time mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Standard production time is 5–10 working days, depending on order size.
  • Redrose is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Local delivery or pickup options are available within Burdwan.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, artwork, or content submitted.
  • Redrose is not liable for any copyright issues arising from client-submitted material.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of customized products, returns are not accepted.
  • Replacements will only be offered for:
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Damage during transit (with unboxing proof within 24 hours)
    • Missing items

8. Limitation of Liability

Redrose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services or products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Burdwan, West Bengal.
